Florida 2024 Ballot Initiatives. As of august 24, 2024, 11 statewide ballot measures related to abortion were certified in arizona, colorado, florida, maryland, missouri, montana, nebraska, new york, nevada, and south dakota for the general election ballot in 2024.this is the most on record for a single year. Two initiatives qualified for the ballot—amendment 3 would legalize recreational marijuana and amendment 4 would provide a constitutional right to abortion—and will appear on the statewide ballot pending state supreme court approval.
